커리어케어 인재평가센터는 지난 1월 30일 삼성동 코엑스에서 전문 면접관 양성 교육을 진행했습니다.
1차 교육으로 총 22명이 참여하여 실질적인 면접능력을 함양하였고 수료증이 발급되었습니다.
본 교육은 커리어케어가 20여년간 현장에서 쌓은 인재평가 경험을 통해 축적된 노하우를 전달해 수료 후 바로 전문 면접관으로 활동할 수 있다는 점에서 주목을 받았습니다.
향후 커리어케어는 2회차 교육 및 심화 교육을 구성해 교육을 확대해 나갈 예정입니다.
